It all comes from a passion for fishing in Ireland’s coastal waters. Our founders began with small boats in Loughshinny, working the tides and landing fresh catches at the harbour. What started as a way of supplying local families and restaurants quickly grew into a trusted service for chefs and buyers across Dublin and beyond. As demand increased, we invested in our own processing facility to ensure quality, traceability, and consistency for every order.
